Top key tracks from this album are: Killa, Only You, Sephiroth, We Had A Deal, Mirror Mirror (I suggest that order b/c it’ll situate you first, warm you up, test-the-water-by-dipping-your-toe-first, ya know, give you an idea of what you’re getting into)

They describes the vibes of the music as being: “Raw, unfiltered, obscene, dirty, detailed, erotic, possibly degrading (in the typical misogynistic rap-kinda way), vulgar, headbanging, catchy, funny in a way, slapping, bumping, “oh yeah this bangs,” would-not-play-around-grandparents-type stuff”

and believes the album: “was produced in collaboration with Adult Swim, Cartoon Network’s late-nite alternative comedy counterpart. Father (the artist) started Awful Records out of ATL, GA and signed artists like Playboi Carti who later signed with A$AP, and comedian and creative Zach Fox (who I recommend you look up). He also has the handle @father which is pretty cool too considering religious people will @ “father,” “son,” and “holy spirit” and their posts will link to this awful (pun intended) not-exactly-virtuous person.”

and believes the album: “My two descriptions: 1. Like a documentary of Africans/West Indians without the visual. 2. People watching in an African community with background music. I thought this album was neat because it really eloquently took the sounds from story/scene and mixed it with music… to make music… and that’s cool. ”

Matt Skiba throws down strong emo vocals, Mark Hoppus delivers his classic pop punk hooks, and Travis Barker kills it on the drums as usual. This album makes me feel like I’m in high school again (in a good way)”
